Our pricing is built around eliminating operational, emotional, and privacy-related overhead so creators can sell without stress, exposure, or logistics management.

Creator Fee

Standard Take-Rate

15% of the final sale price

This fee includes full end-to-end handling of every order:

  • •Shipping coordination and cost
  • •Discreet, platform-controlled packaging
  • •Secure fulfillment and delivery tracking
  • •Platform-backed issue resolution and disputes
  • •No buyer messages, negotiations, or follow-ups
  • •No exposure of personal information or addresses

Creators receive a clean net payout with no additional actions required.

Buyer Fees

Buyers pay no platform fees.

Trust, verification, and discretion are built into the experience and reflected in the item price, keeping checkout simple and transparent.

Minimum Item Price

All items must be priced at $100 or higher.

This minimum ensures:

  • •Shipping and discreet packaging are fully covered
  • •Fulfillment quality remains high
  • •Platform-backed support and issue resolution are sustainable
  • •The marketplace maintains a premium standard

This is not a listing fee.

It is a quality and sustainability threshold that allows WornVault to manage each transaction end-to-end without compromise.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping is handled and paid for by WornVault.

There are no separate shipping charges for creators. All creator fulfillment costs are included in the creator take-rate.

Oversized or Heavy Items

Items with exceptionally high fulfillment costs may require an adjusted take-rate.

This applies only when shipping and handling costs materially exceed the standard fee. Any adjusted rate is clearly communicated before the item goes live.

Payouts

Payouts are initiated as soon as the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery to the destination.

Payouts reflect the sale price minus the applicable take-rate, with no additional deductions or hidden fees.

Currently, payouts are processed via PayPal. Once initiated, PayPal processing typically takes 2-3 business days to appear in your account.

We plan to offer additional payout options in the future.
